Jim Beam requested Ascent to develop a secure online application to process and manage orders for Knob Creek clients throughout the US. Jim Beam sales staff provides their clients with POS displays, customized bottles, specially selected product, as well as unique experiences at their Clermont, KY headquarters. The application assists Jim Beam’s staff as well as their external vendors in tracking order details, users in the system, as well as each step during each process to ensure a smooth experience from order submission through delivery to the end-client.
